Wade's Biography

I was born on a dark and stormy night. When the Gods parted the skies and sent a bolt of lighting racing to the earth. There was a loud clap of thunder and I appeared lying on a soft bed of grass. Just kidding the thunder wasn't that loud.

I was raised on a dairy farm in a small town in Colorado. When I was around 14 I started noticing a lot of activity that I could not explain. Footsteps would come down the stairs of the old homestead house. Items would go missing for months and reappear in the middle of the living room. Lights would be turned on and off by them selves. You get he picture. Anyways I would bring this stuff up to my parents, and having a very catholic mother, everything would be dismissed. Usually by the wind, apparently we have very talented wind. I started talking to my brothers and sisters, there is 5 of us darn Catholics, they too said they had seen and heard things growing up but had not said anything. This started my interest in the paranormal.

So as a precocious teen I start to read a lot about the paranormal. Not that anybody knew but I had a reputation to maintain. I always knew that there was more out there but had nowhere to direct my inquiries, so I put my curiosity on the back burner. As I reached my mid twenties the activity started happening around me again. This provoked the beast inside me. This is when I found ParaFPI and a couple of years later, joined the group.

I started out as strictly a science based investigator. After a couple months, after being prodded a little, I realized that I was getting more information than I was letting on. I was the science guy I had to have proof. After this revelation I had started to develop my skills and use them in this great field. I still like to have proof, but accept what comes in.

As far as me personally, I am an amazing person. I am very conceited, judgmental, and all around a great guy. Everybody loves me; I am very easy to get a long with. I try not to be materialistic, but lets face it, nice things are awesome. I spend a lot of my time hanging out with my friends. They are a bunch of great people people who I love very much. They are very supportive of what I do even though they think I am a little crazy. Also my family, who after years of bringing home evidence has realized that I am not as crazy as I seem. I am very close to the whole, big ass, damn family.

I now live in Denver and have an accounting and IT background. I work as a controller for an electrical wholesale company. I live with my niece Roni, who is also a field investigator, and my princess, a three year old Shih Tzu named Emerald Desire, Em for short. Oh and if you could not tell. I have a great sense of humor.
