Purpose:

ParaFPI's Research and Development Department was conceived by Brannon Osborne. It's built on the premise that the parnormal community as a whole has gained some understanding into the methods and techniques that are popular in paranormal research, but there have been few recent new ideas to advance the field. The ParaFPI R&D Department was created to dedicate their time with research, theory, training, and development that could possibly make great strides in generating new theories and techniques that could further our understanding of the paranormal.

The Methodology:

1) come up with a theory
2) research it
3) develop it into a research study
4) propose it in the form of grant paperwork/donation requests
5) conduct the project
6) prepare it for review by peers/professionals
