A bit from Wade about his preliminary run with Brannon:
1st floor, girl's bathroom off dressing room - felt presence, not strong. Basement - felt presence as soon as I entered the basement. I felt it strongest past the office. It seemed to get stronger the farther back I went but there was also a furnace and electrical on. Air was hot and I could not tell if what I was feeling was caused by the furnace or by a spirit. 2nd floor, dressing room to the left - I felt something light, but there. 2nd floor, hallway off main entrance - about half way down I felt something else light. 2nd floor - when standing in the middle of the stage facing audience, I could feel something watching us from the far right corner. Later when I was going up the back ladder to the top of the sitting area, I could feel something closer to the ground, not a full figure. I was very confused. When walking in the basement I got very disorientated. I didn't really get dizzy just could not get my bearings on the location of things. It wasn't until we left the basement did I get righted again.
The EMF showed some interesting readings during the full investigation.

Upstairs - Dressing room (A) -definite energy here. More mixed emotion than a "presence". Nervousness, joy, anxiety, those emotions typically tied to "theatre". I believe this is residual from the playwrights. Hallway to stage (E) - this is where I set up my audio and left it for the night. (1A) Note - when trying to press record on the handheld, recorder would immediately stop and then begin to play. This occurred 4 times. There is a definite presence here that followed me throughout the "green" room and the stage area.
Ok - now the auditorium. WOW! So much activity. None of the pics I took in the auditorium came out. Completely black. I took 11 photos here and not a good one amongst them. There were several other presences in the stage and audience area, however by this time I was completely worn out, "information overload" and had to take a break.
In the report we sent to the owners we stated the following:
Stacie's level of location sensitivity leads me to believe that perhaps she was picking up on ground level energies present prior to building and construction on the land. Wade as well is highly sensitive to PSI based findings, and his conclusions cannot be discounted. Their impressions lead us to believe the building is currently sustaining 'energy' levels of a paranormal nature.
On the scientific side of the investigation, temperature readings showed no anomalies in any specific area. The EMF readings and data show the most activity in the stair areas.

There have been reports of laughter and music in the theater late at night. Employees report having objects rearranged on their desks and personal belongings moved around. This was the 'story' going around. We called them up, curious about the story and they were willing to allow us to find out some more.
